DMARC Shield is an email security monitoring platform that provides:
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Domain Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to manage the domains you add to our platform.
Trial Period: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during signup.
Trial Limitations: During the trial period, you may monitor up to 5 domains and access up to 30 days of historical data.
Enterprise Features: Our service is designed for enterprise customers requiring advanced email security monitoring and compliance.
DMARC Reports: We collect and analyze DMARC reports sent to email addresses you configure for your domains. This data is used solely to provide our monitoring services.
Threat Intelligence: We may collect IP addresses and sender information from your DMARC reports to provide threat intelligence services.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Data Retention: DMARC report data is retained for up to 2 years for analytical purposes. Account data is retained until account deletion.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by DMARC Shield and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall DMARC Shield be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at business@dmarcshield.io.
Service Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
